Bridgeland, Utah

Settled in 1908, named for the metal truss bridge that spanned the Duchesne River there.

Bridgeland is in Duchesne County, located in a shallow valley along the Duchesne River, east of the city of Duchesne. The community consists of irrigated farmland with alkali soil, surrounded by loamy bluffed hills. It’s centered on River Road, which branches from Highway 40 west of Myton and reconnects in Duchesne.
